Setting up '#Celebrate Women' at CSM

February 23, 2016

Last week I helped Ruth and Emily (REG Design) and Miho (Studio Aishima) set up an empowering exhibition that aims to redress the underrepresentation of women in graphic design. That exhibition is 100 Years Of Graphic Communication By Women At Central Saint Martins and I'm proud to say that I have some work showing alongside over 50 other female designers.

Coinciding with the exhibition, Studio Aishima started a Twitter campaign on 16 February which she hopes will create the world's largest showcase of work by women graphic designers online. You can still tweet about designers you find inspiring using the hasttag: #CelebrateWomen

I think I want to start a Twitter campaign called: #GoMiho! and #GoRuth/Emily!

In any case, it was lovely to help out and head back to my alma mater. It was the first time I'd been in the new building – and the new canteen. Honestly, these kids don't know how sweet they have it!
